Extending Rio’s conservation-minded identity through packaging designed for storage, instruction, and continued use.
Rio’s hexagonal visual identity is translated into wooden rod tubes and fly boxes designed for long-term use. The paper fly-line sleeve unfolds into a location map and knot-tying guide, while cork tags and natural materials reinforce the outdoor context. Each component is given a second function, extending its usefulness and making the packaging part of the product experience.

A reusable packaging ecosystem that makes storage, instruction, and brand experience part of the product itself.
The final system extends packaging beyond its temporary retail function. Reusable storage, educational graphics, and restrained material choices create a durable, brand-consistent experience while supporting a clear waste-reduction objective.
